Cancellation policy

We know that plans can change, and we want to make your booking as stress-free as possible.

Free cancellation: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.

Within 14 days: If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, or in case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.

Early departure: If a guest shortens their stay after check-in, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

Refunds: Any eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Force majeure: In cases of events outside the guest’s control (such as government travel restrictions, illness, or natural disasters), we will review the situation individually and may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
