Booking & Payment: A reservation is confirmed once payment is received via the booking platform or our secure processor. Cancellation: Medium Flexible full refund up to 30 days before check-in. Within 30 days, the booking becomes non-refundable (platform rules may apply). Deposits & Damages: We reserve the right to request a damage deposit and/or charge for excessive cleaning or rule violations. Check-in/Out: Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 10:00. Late check-out is only possible with prior approval and may incur a fee. Occupancy: Maximum number of guests per unit as listed. No unregistered visitors are allowed. Conduct: Breach of house rules may result in immediate termination without refund. Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control such as outages, strikes, or extreme weather, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
